Culture

Haysville Public Schools will

  • ensure every student has access to an innovative and robust learning experience from birth through graduation that prepares all students to successfully navigate the workforce or post-secondary opportunities.

  • attract, hire, and retain world-class staff members and provide them with the resources to promote student success.

  • provide all students access to curricular and extra-curricular learning opportunities outside of the traditional classroom. These opportunities include, but are not limited to, academic events, career and technical student activities, athletics, school clubs, and the arts.

In an effort to promote a positive culture, Haysville Public Schools will

  • provide a student-centered learning environment focused on building relationships that promote a positive school experience for all students.

  • ensure all staff receive professional development that provides each person with the tools necessary to build positive relationships with all students.

  • work to maintain a positive culture that is welcoming to all members of the community.

Community Engagement

Haysville Public Schools is committed to focusing resources that will

  • provide students and staff with an environment that is safe and conducive to learning.

  • advocate at the state and national levels to ensure staff have access to the resources necessary to meet the diverse learning needs of all students.

  • pursue community partnerships to support learning opportunities for students and staff.

To ensure community engagement Haysville Public Schools will

  • communicate to all stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.

  • utilize a variety of resources to celebrate the accomplishments of students and staff.
