The Operations & Facilities Department is responsible for the physical management of schools and buildings in USD 261. Our goal is to maintain and improve all district facility buildings and grounds in a manner which positively contributes to the learning experience of each student by providing a safe, clean, sustainable, and healthy environment.
Facility Request Guidelines
How to Make a Request
Step 1: If you are a community member and this is your first time using our Facility Scheduling System, you will need to create an account on this PAGE. Click on the link ‘Need an account’ to get started. PLEASE DO NOT CLICK ON “Login With Google” unless you are a USD 261 employee scheduling a district event.
Step 2: Check the availability of your date/time/building and then select ‘New Request’ in the top right-hand corner. Fill out the form, attach your certificate of insurance, and click “Submit” at the bottom.
Step 3: Wait for the email of approval/denial of your facilities request or you can check the status of your request by logging in to your account.
Step 4: At least three (3) working days before the requested date(s) of your event, contact the office of the facility to confirm the usage date and schedule a time to pick up a facility use key (if applicable). For a video demonstration of how to schedule an event please CLICK HERE.
